Job description :

•    Accountable for engaging Data owners and Markets/Entities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data feeds.;l
•    Responsible for onboarding new data feeds in alignment with the architectural design and process defined (Using GCP and Qlik).
•    Support the reporting and tracking of delivery against the Global Cyber Security Team strategic objectives and key performance indicators. 
•    Implement and maintain automation and real time analytics for cyber security Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). 
•    Responsible for the accuracy for all senior management reporting, collating monthly dashboards, presenting progress to leadership team and working with Global and Market SPOCs to collate programme and KRI reporting.

Qualifications:

•    Technical understanding of Security KPIs & KRIs, allowing trend analysis, forecasting and support Leadership Team decision making.
•    Experience designing and implementing reporting metrics across complex and globally distributed organisations.
•    Proactive, organised and able to work autonomously and to strict deadlines, with high levels of delegated authority.
•    Ability to make recommendations based on data and analysis, and report with a clear story.
•    Sound judgement and decision making skills to address and resolve business issues, with a focus on continual improvement and process automation.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to dissect complex information for use across various mediums and channels.

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    Experience using Qlik and Qliksense dashboards
•    Strong business acumen with Telecommunications, Technology or Security industry experience.
•    Experience in KPI, reporting and business analyst roles.
•    Educated to degree level
