About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration for a new ERP solution within SAP S/4HANA. Based at EON, Pune, this role sits within the ERP department and supports SCM and Finance domains. The individual will lead data analysis, mapping and transfer activities, own the quality and integrity of migrated data, and ensure robust migration processes that meet business and technical requirements. This role reports to Ashwin Deshmukh and works closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

What you’ll do

Lead data migration initiatives as part of the EVO Application Development team, delivering SAP S/4HANA migration projects across multiple modules.
Analyse business requirements and define data management approaches aligned to specific business needs.
Oversee data analysis, mapping, cleansing, validation and transfer activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Identify data integration challenges and design effective, sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with local subject matter experts, technical teams and the wider business community to ensure alignment.
Explain data migration processes clearly to end users and business stakeholders, supporting adoption and understanding.
Take accountability for data quality, migration outcomes and operational readiness.

Who you are

An experienced data migration professional with strong expertise across end-to-end data migration processes, including technical and governance activities.
Demonstrated leadership experience, having led data migration workstreams in SAP environments for at least 6–8 years.
Knowledgeable in SAP S/4HANA, including newly introduced data services.
Confident working across SCM and Finance processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
A clear and inclusive communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable leading teams, influencing stakeholders and working collaboratively across locations.
Holds the required technical or professional qualifications (as applicable to the role).
