About this Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Administrator to join our AIDA service line. This role is pivotal in managing and optimising enterprise analytics platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and cost‑effective data services for business stakeholders. Based in Pune (with flexibility for other India locations), the role partners closely with data engineering, BI, security, and business teams to deliver governed, high‑performance analytics solutions across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.

What you’ll do

Administer SAP Datasphere tenants and spaces, including quotas, roles, user groups, naming conventions, and lifecycle standards.Configure and monitor SAP and non‑SAP data connections, including OData, ODBC/JDBC agents, replication, and virtualisation.Govern semantic models, views, lineage, documentation, versioning, and change control across data layers.Monitor data loads, query performance, storage usage, and schedules to optimise performance and platform costs.Implement and maintain role‑based access control, data masking, audits, and compliance with organisational security policies.Own incident, problem, and release management activities, including root cause analysis and preventive actions.Manage SAP Analytics Cloud tenants, licences, capacity, and DEV/QA/PROD environments.Administer SAC users, roles, teams, folders, SSO/SAML integrations, and directory services (Azure AD/Okta).Govern SAC content lifecycle, including models, stories, dashboards, analytic applications, planning artefacts, and transports.Track system health and performance, optimise refresh schedules, and improve user experience.Provide L2/L3 support, knowledge articles, best practices, and enablement for power users and citizen developers.Collaborate with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, BTP, and non‑SAP platform teams to meet SLAs and roadmap commitments.Automate routine administration, set up monitoring alerts, and support CI/CD, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.Maintain runbooks, architecture documentation, standards, and data catalogue entries.

Who you are

Experienced in SAP Datasphere administration, including spaces, roles, connections, data products, and monitoring.Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud administration, content governance, security, and live/acquired data connectivity.Knowledgeable in identity and access management, including SSO/SAML, RBAC, and directory integrations.Comfortable working with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA CDS views, SAP HANA, and common non‑SAP data sources.Familiar with performance monitoring, capacity planning, and query tuning.Able to automate administrative tasks and contribute to analytics DevOps practices.Process‑oriented, with working knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.A clear communicator who can translate technical topics into business impact and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
