About this Role
We are seeking a Commercial Pricing Strategy Lead to define and execute VOIS’s pricing vision and roadmap. This role involves developing innovative commercial models, ensuring competitiveness, and driving profitability. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Service Towers to design pricing strategies, benchmark services, and implement best practices globally. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will also lead digital pricing tool requirements and support executive-level financial reviews.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute VOIS pricing strategy and commercial roadmap.
- Develop innovative commercial models balancing growth and profitability.
- Complete annual pricing refresh and update price books.
- Act as subject matter expert for digital pricing tools and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse pricing impact, recommending adjustments to optimise revenue.
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
- Support client-facing pricing discussions and executive-level financial reviews.
Who you are
- Experienced in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or commercial finance within a global corporation.
- Skilled in financial modelling (Excel) and knowledgeable in accounting principles.
- Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams and strategic projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Holds an MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Ability to act as a credible advisor to senior leadership and understand complex organisational structures.
