About the Role

We are seeking an individual with strong financial expertise to independently lead and deliver finance-related projects across Record to Report, Real Estate Accounting (IFRS16), Accounts Payable, Billing and Order to Cash functions. This role suits someone who is highly analytical, comfortable collaborating across diverse teams, and motivated to drive automation, simplification, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring solid accounting knowledge, stakeholder engagement capability and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives from initiation to completion.

What you will do

  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across Real Estate (IFRS16), Order to Cash/Billing, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
  • Generate, propose, and implement innovative ideas and automation opportunities across finance processes.
  • Proactively identify and create new initiatives and drive them to successful closure.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis within Real Estate (IFRS16), APA, Billing and OTC to resolve functional issues and enhance project outcomes.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects independently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Billing, APA, Real Estate IFRS16 and GL to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support end-to-end finance operations with a focus on quality, governance, and timely delivery.
  • Manage automation initiatives to simplify processes and improve optimisation.
  • Apply strong IFRS16 understanding to support Real Estate Accounting activities.
  • Interpret data effectively, identify patterns, and generate insightful analysis.

Who you are

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years’ experience in RTR, FP&A or related financial domains.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS guidelines, and financial reporting.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communicator, capable of influencing across levels and functions.
  • Experienced in SAP and finance operations involving Real Estate Accounting (IFRS16), APA, Billing, OTC or similar areas.
  • Analytical, proactive, and capable of offering solutions that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
