Job Description

Role purpose:

The Group Services Transformation project at Vodafone aims to make the organization “fit for purpose for the future” by revolutionizing how services are priced, delivered, and governed. Its key objectives include achieving radical cost transparency through a comprehensive view of service delivery costs, implementing a visible pricing model to support benchmarking and profitability analysis, enabling informed decision-making with data-driven insights for both Group and subsidiaries.

The Cost Allocation Expert role will fulfil a key position within the Group Services Transformation Programme reporting into the Finance Lead. The role holder will drive the financial and functional aspects of the Programme, including the collection of business requirements, preparation of business cases, process design and business transformation of implementing of the solution.

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SAP implementation, with a focus on SAP Finance (FI) and Management Reporting (CO); including Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), Cost Centre Accounting (CCA) & Project Systems (PS)
  • Deep experience of Cost Centre Accounting (cost allocations, internal charging), Profit Centre Accounting (Segmentation), Project Cost Management, Time Management reporting
  • Process design and transformation
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills and ability to balance conflicting needs.
