Job Responsibility

Role Purpose: 

The HR Transformation Programme Lead will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of the VOIS HR Reimagined programme, ensuring seamless coordination across strategic workstreams and initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation of HR into a proactive, insight-led enabler of VOIS’s commercial growth.

You will be responsible for orchestrating programme planning, execution, and change and comms management, ensuring alignment with the business vision and measurable outcomes / KPIs. You will partner and support the Senior Transformation to deliver the vision and programme outcomes. This will include close working with workstream leads (VOIS HR LT), delivery squads across Centres of Excellence, Operations, and HR Services, to drive cross-functional collaboration and delivery of scalable, data-driven people solutions that unlock performance, optimise cost, and elevate the employee experience.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in HR transformation, organisational change, or business transformation within a global, matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of HR operating models, future of work trends, and emerging technologies including GenAI and automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and tracking KPIs, success measures, and delivery outcomes against strategic targets, external trends / benchmarks.
  • Familiarity with business case development and financial tracking, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI for transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, align, and inspire diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with high levels of ambiguity and change.
  • Proven ability to shape and deliver change and communications strategies, partnering with internal comms teams to develop messaging, engagement plans, and content that drives awareness, alignment, and adoption across HR and business audiences.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation concepts into clear, compelling messages that resonate across diverse audiences
