About this Role

We are seeking a skilled finance professional with 3–7 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, and reporting. This role involves managing cash forecasts, loan and hedge accounting, and intercompany reconciliations, while supporting automation initiatives and regulatory projects. The individual will be a key contact for finance-related queries and contribute to strategic projects including acquisitions and integrations.

What you will do

  • Prepare cash forecast reports and track daily cash positions.
  • Perform GL reconciliations and loan accounting.
  • Manage intercompany loan reconciliations and hedge accounting under IAS/IFRS.
  • Review bank clearing accounts and guide allocations.
  • Collect cash flow requirements from various finance functions.
  • Develop management dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Drive automation through Office scripts, Power Apps, and RPA.
  • Support ad-hoc analytical requests and regulatory projects.
  • Administer electronic bank access and conduct semi-annual reviews.
  • Act as the primary contact for finance, AP/AR, Tax, and Treasury queries.
  • Resolve group mailbox queries and support internal controls and audits.
  • Assist in acquisitions, integrations, and special finance projects.

Who you are

  • A graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance or Accounting (B.Com/MBA/CA/CA Inter).
  • Experienced in financial accounting, cash and bank operations.
  • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, Power Query, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach.
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and finance processes.
