About this Role
What you’ll do
- Source high-quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, talent databases and professional networking channels.
- Build, maintain and continuously strengthen talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills and alignment with role requirements.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, talent availability and market dynamics.
- Conduct talent market research, talent mapping and competitor analysis to provide sourcing insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conduct first-level candidate engagement conversations to assess suitability, motivation and interest.
- Engage passive talent and effectively promote the VOIS employer brand.Support hiring events, sourcing campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
- Lead sourcing operations and talent acquisition delivery across the European region, with a particular focus on the UK market.
- Drive sourcing strategies for leadership roles and other critical business positions.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring alignment with recruitment service levels and operating standards.
Who you are
- 5 to 8 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across the European region, particularly the UK.
- Experience sourcing for Technology, Digital, Commercial, Corporate Functions, Legal, Sales & Marketing and related business areas.
- Experience supporting leadership hiring across both technical and non-technical roles.
- Exposure to multinational organisations, shared services environments or high-volume recruitment settings.
- Experience recruiting within industries such as Telecommunications and Global Capability Centres (GCC).
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, job boards and social sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of talent mapping, market intelligence and candidate engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify, engage and attract passive candidates.Understanding of talent markets within Egypt and/or the Middle East region.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple hiring requirements.
