About this Role
What you will do
- Monitor and manage middleware L2 activities within Oracle environments
- Maintain middleware for Oracle Integrated Applications, ensuring efficient system functionality, data access, and transaction handling
- Support implementation of business-aligned middleware solutions across platforms
- Define, coordinate, and manage roles and access rights in line with organisational policies
- Perform monitoring and health checks of web and application server environments
- Ensure system performance meets key metrics such as response time, error rates, MTTR, and SLA adherence
- Troubleshoot and maintain server logs, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of processes and procedures related to WebLogic and associated utilities
Who you are
- Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle WebLogic technologies
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware applications such as O2C, AABC, and OSB
- Foundational understanding of UNIX and SQL.
- Experience working with WebLogic 12C
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics
- A collaborative professional with clear, solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams
- An individual who approaches problem-solving with openness and adaptability
