What you’ll do
- 15+ years of experience in HR IT, enterprise data architecture, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent modules, Workforce Analytics).
- Deep understanding of people data models, HR metrics, and employee lifecycle data.
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, etc.
- Hands-on experience in designing and deploying machine learning models for HR use cases.
- Experience with Qlik for dashboarding and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical designs to business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Lead end-to-end solution design for employee data and people analytics use cases, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy.
- Architect data flows from SAP SuccessFactors into the Google Cloud Platform for advanced analytics.
- Define and implement ML/AI-based models to derive actionable insights on workforce trends, talent, and engagement.
