What you’ll do

The role will be accountable to design, develop, drive HRBP Services, its performance and outcome. It will also involve blue ocean thinking for expanding HRBP Services to Vodafone markets while promoting CSO and improving partner satisfaction through robust engagement. Alongside, is responsible for overall budgets and P/L of service.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Accountable for shaping & driving future fit HRBP service excellence as per KPIs, budget and service schedule.
  • Promoting CSO led service model, quality assurance, issue management, service outcome & governance.
  • Accountable for P*Q led P/L with value adding / commercially viable services.
  • Influence stakeholders to support blue ocean transfer opportunities and empower team to simplify service through continuous improvement and accelerated SAP & enterprise platform adoption to scale market footprint / service portfolio.
  • Nurture relationship for partners to choose VOIS as trusted service provider & improve partner satisfaction.
  • Support CFSL line of leadership to meet VOIS priorities and align team alongside.
  • Partner with cross functional market & VOIS teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong HR knowledge, & business acumen.
  • Solid understanding of services to optimize delivery & mitigate operational risks.
  • Influence stakeholders & customer obsessed reflected through consultative selling.
  • Effective communication – verbal, written & through executive presentation.
