About this Role

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead three Integration teams and drive the Application Assessment Phase for the DCC programme in the German market. This role is based in Pune (SP Infocity) and sits within the IT OPS Engineering function. The individual will be responsible for managing middleware integration and operational delivery, ensuring seamless execution of the programme.

What you will do

  • Lead three middleware integration teams comprising approximately 22 FTEs.
  • Drive the DCC programme from an operations perspective for the German market.
  • Oversee integration activities using SAFe methodology.Manage middleware technologies including Tuxedo, Tibco, and Kafka.
  • Ensure smooth application operations and assessment processes.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to deliver operational excellence.

Who you are

  • Experienced in leading integration teams within an operations environment.
  • Proficient in middleware integration technologies such as Tuxedo, Tibco, and Kafka.
  • Skilled in Azure Cloud administration and application operations.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
  • Familiar with SAFe methodology and capable of managing large-scale programmes.
  • Solution-oriented thinker with a clear and collaborative approach.
