About this Role
What you’ll do
- Lead the implementation and delivery of key reward programmes and processes, including Annual Reward Review cycles, compensation benchmarking, fair pay analysis, and share plan administration.
- Ensure reward policies, programmes, and practices comply with local statutory requirements and Vodafone Group reward standards.
- Oversee governance of HR Operations activities delivered through HR Shared Services, including payroll administration, statutory compliance activities, and AskHR processes.
- Design, maintain, and publish reward dashboards and management information for HR leadership, providing insights into utilisation, effectiveness, and programme outcomes.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders as a Reward subject matter expert, providing guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
- Bring an external market perspective to reward and benefits practices, supporting continuous improvement and competitiveness.
- Monitor operational performance and reporting to ensure agreed service levels are consistently achieved.
- Develop and support communication approaches related to reward and benefits programmes.
- Conduct data quality assessments for critical reward-related data, including job architecture and organisational data.
- Support and deliver reward-related projects to agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of 2 to 3 colleagues, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Who you are
- Strong understanding of organisational structures, business strategy, and the role of reward in enabling business outcomes.
- Deep expertise across compensation and benefits, including pay structures, fixed and variable pay, short and long-term incentives, share plans, pensions, health and life insurance, and associated tax considerations.
- Proven experience delivering reward programmes within a complex organisation of 10,000+ employees.
- Experience designing and implementing sales incentive models and ensuring accurate reward delivery.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and business partnering skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and geographies.
- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
