About this Role

We are seeking an individual with strong expertise in Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions across Vodafone’s global operations. This role focuses on translating complex business problems into practical, responsible, and high-impact GenAI and analytics solutions, working closely with diverse stakeholders to enable business transformation.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and advanced analytics solutions to address business challenges.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate large language models with enterprise data sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Integrate AI and analytics solutions with cloud platforms, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Embed Responsible AI principles, governance, and compliance across all solutions.
  • Drive automation and analytics adoption by creating reusable AI assets and frameworks.
  • Measure and demonstrate business impact through well-defined success metrics.

Who you are

  • An experienced analytics and AI professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, and Generative AI.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with strong experience in handling enterprise-scale data.
  • Skilled in working with large language models, NLP techniques, and RAG-based architectures.
  • Experienced with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and cloud-native AI services.
  • Knowledgeable in big data processing frameworks and modern MLOps/LLMOps practices.
  • Comfortable working in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments and translating business needs into technical solutions.
