About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our ARC RTR Northern Hub team in Pune. This role focuses on managing Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, ensuring compliance with SOX guidelines, and delivering accurate financial reporting. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to meet SLA/KPI targets, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and contribute to process simplification and knowledge enhancement within the team.

What you’ll do

  • Execute activities related to Record-to-Report processes and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Achieve SLA and KPI targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with SOX guidelines and maintain zero tolerance for failures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements and adhere to organisational practices.
  • Support team members in achieving common objectives and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Drive process simplification and enhance functional expertise.
  • Prepare for additional responsibilities by gaining knowledge of other business aspects.

Who you are

  • Strong accounting knowledge with expertise in RTR processes.
  • Hands-on experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
  • Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant.
  • Proven domain knowledge and relevant work experience in financial operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, maintain compliance, and deliver accurate results under deadlines.
