About this Role

We are seeking a Data Engineering & Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and operate scalable cloud-based data platforms and advanced analytics solutions that support cloud engineering, operations, and network intelligence functions.
This role focuses on building end-to-end data pipelines, enabling data-driven insights, and delivering actionable intelligence through modern visualisation and automation technologies. The individual will collaborate across global teams to translate complex business and technical requirements into impactful data solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

What you will do

  • Engage with engineering and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and define effective data-driven solutions.
  • Build, optimise, and maintain scalable cloud-native data pipelines and platforms.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting solutions using enterprise visualisation tools.
  • Implement automation and advanced analytics using Python, APIs, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments to ensure reliability and stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency using data and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
  • Support planning, budgeting, and timely delivery of solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues in collaboration with support and operations teams.

Who you are

  • Experienced in cloud data engineering with hands-on knowledge of GCP, BigQuery, and data pipeline tools.
  • Proficient in SQL (advanced), Python, and scripting for data processing and automation.
  • Skilled in building visualisation dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, or similar platforms.
  • Familiar with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and database management systems.
  • Knowledgeable in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Capable of applying data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with machine learning concepts and data-driven automation approaches.
  • Strong in communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving within complex environments.
