What you’ll do
- Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation across formats and audiences.
- Working knowledge of change management models
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is a plus.
- Develop compelling, audience-specific content across multiple channels (e.g., presentations, newsletters, videos, FAQs, emails, intranet posts).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Project Management, IT, HR, Business Units) to shape clear, resonant messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on communication outcomes using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Design and execute change communication strategies that align with transformation goals and organizational objectives.
