Role purpose
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Manager to contribute to business excellence by understanding organizational needs, gathering critical requirements, and aligning scalable solutions with our transformation goals. The ideal candidate brings an MBA from a premier institution and a strong background in Information Management, with the ability to optimize processes, drive impactful outcomes, and contribute meaningfully to our vision of choice for talent, technology, and transformation.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with VOIS’s strategic objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of operations, challenges, and business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Operations) to design and implement business solutions that enhance efficiency and value delivery.
- Apply Information Management expertise to manage data, tools, and systems that enable accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- MBA from a prominent institute
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business management, analysis, or process improvement in a global, tech-driven organization.
- Strong background in Information Management, with hands-on experience in data analysis, systems integration, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable strategies and outcomes.
- Experience in supporting transformation programs or cross-functional improvement projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools, and
