About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end procurement operations, including purchase order creation, validation, and goods receipt processes. This role involves working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and finance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of procurement activities. You will also contribute to dashboard preparation and handle exceptions to maintain operational efficiency.

What you will do

 

  • Manage procurement requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shopping carts, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
  • Create and validate NSS purchase orders in SAP/EVO as per Delegation of Authority (DOA).
  • Confirm goods receipt in SAP and handle reversals or site returns.
  • Validate data accuracy and monitor approvals in EVO SRM.
  • Ensure compliance with budget and material codes.
  • Prepare dashboards and reconcile exceptions.
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.

Who you are

 

  • Graduate or Engineer with strong understanding of procurement processes, including shopping cart and GRN handling.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Skilled in Power BI or Power Apps for reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage).
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end SCM/P2P processes with a solution-focused approach.
