About this Role
What you will do
- Conduct testing of controls across various high-risk policies and processes.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assurance reviews.
- Act as the primary contact for Policy Champions, providing guidance and feedback.
- Identify and recommend improvements to strengthen control frameworks.
- Track and monitor mitigation actions to close gaps effectively.
- Prepare concise reports for compliance boards and senior leadership.
Who you are
- Experienced in control testing and quality assurance assignments (preferred over internal audit experience).
- Strong knowledge of compliance policies and procedures.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and impactful communication.
- Ability to handle complex business requirements and adapt to change.
- Holds a Chartered Accountant qualification (preferred) or equivalent professional auditing/legal certification.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in compliance and assurance roles.
