About this role

We are seeking an individual to support and manage real estate accounting activities in line with IFRS 16. The role focuses on lease contract management, accurate financial processing, valuation postings, compliance, analytical troubleshooting, balance sheet reconciliation, and month‑end tasks. The position requires strong lease accounting knowledge, SAP experience, and the ability to ensure operational accuracy and control across diverse finance processes.

What you’ll do

Oversee real estate accounting operations in accordance with IFRS 16 standards.Ensure full compliance with all operational, financial, and administrative procedures.Manage end‑to‑end lease contract lifecycle activities, including creation, modification, and maintenance.Ensure all S16 contract updates are processed accurately and within defined timelines.Perform monthly valuation postings for all eligible leases with full accuracy and consistency.Deliver internal and external reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies.Apply effective communication to interpret updated accounting procedures and assess impact.Complete tasks assigned by leadership, supporting broader operational requirements.

Who you are

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 lease accounting principles.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power Platforms.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German (B2.1) and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experienced with SAP systems, ideally including SAP RE‑FX.
  • Competent in data analysis, exploration, and financial interpretation.
