About the Role

We’re looking for an AI/ML Developer to join our Group Technology team and contribute to end‑to‑end model development, data processing, experimentation, and cloud‑based deployment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable ML solutions and working across modern engineering, cloud, and MLOps environments

What You’ll Do

  • Build, train, and evaluate ML models (classification, regression, NLP)
  • Work on data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and experiment tracking. 
  • Support testing, deployment, and documentation of AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in VCI on front‑end development, architecture, security, and cloud services. 
  • Contribute to building reproducible ML workflows, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in software or cloud product development. 
  • Hands‑on ML development experience (modeling, experimentation).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit‑learn.
  • Exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
  • Understanding of MLOps, deployment pipelines, monitoring, versioning.
  • Ability to write technical documentation (HLD/LLD, model cards, logs).

Good‑to‑Have

  • Knowledge of DevOps & IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible).
  • Containerization (Docker) and basic Kubernetes experience.
  • Familiarity with event‑driven and cloud‑native architectures.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
