What you’ll do
Job Description
- Design, implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery process.
- Efficiently manage GitHub repositories ensuring version control best practices are followed.
- Deploy and manage containers using Docker, Kubernetes.
- Create and maintain YAML files for defining infrastructure as a code.
- Develop and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.
- Collaborate with development and operation teams to troubleshoot and optimize deployment processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging DevOps trends.
- Actively monitor and identify issues in existing pipelines.
- Have experience working with data Engineering team.
Desired Skills
- GCP Platform Engineer
- Exposure to multiple tools & services of Google Cloud platform is required.
- Excellent communication with different stakeholders (business, technical, project)
- Good understanding of the overall Big Data and Data Engineering ecosystem
- Hands-on with python or shell scripting.
- Relevant work experience (5-9) years
- Experience with building and deploying containers as services using Swarm/Kubernetes
- Understanding modern DevOps pipelines
