About this Role

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our HR COE Services team at VOIS India, based in Pune. This role focuses on delivering HR advice and services to global onshore business functions, supporting HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in executing calendarised people activities and projects. The individual will act as an extended arm of HRBPs, ensuring high-quality service delivery across hire-to-retire processes, data management, and HR analytics.

What you will do

  • Support HR colleagues and HRBPs across multiple countries and business units in delivering hire-to-retire processes, reports, dashboards, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Act as a point of contact for business functions, resolving internal customer issues by advising and executing HR activities aligned with global and local procedures.
  • Address complex employee queries that require cross-functional collaboration beyond self-service or AskHR.
  • Drive participation and closure of HR lifecycle processes and projects, including engagement surveys, performance appraisals, annual HR budgets, and reward nominations.
  • Prepare and present business review presentations for internal and international stakeholders.Maintain monthly rolling forecast budgets, identify variances, and report to HRBPs across geographies.
  • Design and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and dashboards, analysing key HR metrics.
  • Standardise data quality parameters, perform regular accuracy checks, identify anomalies, and ensure corrective actions in HRIS systems.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to advise on process improvements, data quality, and KPI trends.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to improve employee experience, process efficiency, and resource optimisation.
  • Support transitions of new services from onsite to offshore, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
  • Maintain knowledge repositories and process documentation.
  • Manage case volumes, triage tickets, and resolve escalations promptly to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and privacy standards in all transactions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as defined by the supervisor.

Who you are

  • Strong HR domain knowledge with an understanding of global business structures and operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and critical thinker with strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, solution-oriented, and empathetic in managing customer needs.
  • Ability to think like an HRBP and deliver within a shared service model.
  • Passionate about improving employee experience and driving process excellence.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work in hybrid models and adapt to onshore market shifts.
  • Committed to maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.
