About this Role
What you will do
- Manage internal and external payroll audits efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with employees and cross‑functional partners.
- Handle end‑to‑end payroll processing for 15,000+ employees.
- Ensure payroll accuracy in line with internal guidelines and update processes as required by audit or statutory changes.
- Collaborate with location payroll SPOCs, Finance, and HR CoEs to gather and validate monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintain statutory compliance for all payroll processes.
- Manage and validate employee data and payroll inputs within SuccessFactors (SF).Conduct monthly reconciliation of SF employee data with payroll vendor data.
- Prepare and publish payroll MIS reports and dashboards.Address and resolve employee payroll queries promptly.Administer employee payroll benefits effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative payroll controls and validation mechanisms.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee experience.
Who you are
- Strong understanding of India payroll processes and control mechanisms.
- Knowledge of employee taxation and statutory compliance.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of SuccessFactors.
- Experience in SLA management and stakeholder engagement.
- Customer‑centric mindset.
- Delivery background (preferred).
- Post‑Graduate / MBA qualification (preferred).
