Role Purpose
The COE Programme is a collaborative arrangement jointly created by Vodafone and Amdocs. The purpose is to deliver to the Vodafone local markets application development (AD) and application maintenance (AM) services for business-as-usual projects/activities on existing solutions deployed in the Vodafone local markets.
This position as “COE Governance Support” will govern all contracts and Work orders from Amdocs along with our internal Business Cases, Scope of Works and Purchase Orders.
The success of the program it will depend on the success of the governance process. There are commercial commitments in place and contracts can be signed from different Local Markets. There is also a dynamic mechanism of engagement that will create multiples SOWs, BCs, WOs and PO.
Key Skills and Experience
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Procurement Basic Knowledge
• Strong Interpersonal skills to work with internal & external stakeholders
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills would help communicate assertively when needed to convince or escalate
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to adhere to organization compliances and audit trails
• Bachelor’s degree
