About this Role
What you’ll do
- Translate high-level strategic thinking and unstructured leadership discussions into structured, visually engaging presentations.
- Build clear narratives from raw inputs, evolving ideas, and complex information.
- Design professional-grade PowerPoint decks, infographics, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Shape content into concise and compelling storylines, clearly articulating what matters, why it matters, and what happens next.
- Draft clear written communications, including summaries, key messages, and leadership notes.
- Bring clarity to ambiguity by organising scattered inputs into coherent frameworks.
- Manage feedback constructively and refine outputs efficiently through multiple iterations.
Who you are
- An individual with strong structured thinking and the ability to organise ideas logically and clearly.
- Comfortable simplifying complex information without losing meaning or impact.
- Highly skilled in visual communication, particularly in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Confident in clear, concise business writing.Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with fast-paced timelines.
- An early-career professional with approximately 7–8 years of experience in visual design and communication design using advanced tools.
