About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to lead end‑to‑end ETL solution design, data architecture and data management initiatives for technology programmes within VOIS Pune. The individual will provide architectural oversight, drive alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards, support implementation teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery across complex data integration environments.

What you will do

  • Design and implement ETL solutions, data architecture frameworks, and data management processes across enterprise systems.
  • Leverage ETL technologies such as Ab Initio to architect and deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, plan delivery and ensure alignment with quality and compliance standards.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Enterprise Architecture guidelines and established development methodologies.
  • Support project managers with estimation, technical planning, and resource allocation across workstreams.
  • Contribute to organisational upskilling through process excellence, tool adoption and optimisation initiatives.
  • Participate in internal Guilds to share technical expertise and uplift engineering capabilities.

Who you are

  • Experienced in ETL development and architecture using Ab Initio and Teradata.
  • Skilled in data modelling using tools such as PowerDesigner or Erwin.
  • Knowledgeable in data warehousing concepts, data modelling techniques and data profiling methodologies.
  • Brings 9–12 years of overall experience, including 4–5 years of relevant hands‑on expertise.
  • Holds a degree such as B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc or MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
