About this Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations and Application Support professional to support L2 operations  ensuring stable and efficient service delivery across critical applications. The role focuses on incident management, service requests, and application support, with opportunities to contribute to project deployments and continuous service improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Provide Level 2 operational support for applications
  • Manage business-as-usual (BAU) incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
  • Troubleshoot application issues across P1/P2/P3 severity levels and identify root causes
  • Support deployment of projects and application changes
  • Collaborate with domain teams and IT Operations to manage requests and deliver resolutions
  • Ensure service stability and continuous improvement through proactive monitoring and issue resolution

Who you are

  • An individual with experience in telecom domain operations and application support
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and Shell/Perl scripting
  • Familiar with machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, and feature engineering
  • Experienced with cloud and DevOps tools including AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Git, Linux, Jupyter Notebook, and VS Code
  • Educated to a degree level (MCA, BE, B-Tech or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly
