About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage and optimise the supplier onboarding process within our Supply Chain Management function. This role involves coordinating end-to-end vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless operations and enhance efficiency.

What you will do

 

  • Manage and own the vendor onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Set controls and drive process improvements to maximise efficiency.
  • Organise workflow for repetitive tasks in a structured environment.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Coordinate calls with VPC stakeholders and local markets to resolve process-related issues.
  • Perform periodic spend analyses to rationalise the vendor base.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to improve vendor-related processes.
  • Deliver monthly reporting on team activities and ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
  • Support tool enhancement, digitisation, and process improvement initiatives.

Who you are

 

  • Essential:
    • SAP Sourcing knowledge and expertise in supplier onboarding.
    • Strong MS Excel and presentation skills.
  • Desired:
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage change and work independently.
    • High organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Superior analytical ability and project management experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Education:
    • Essential: BCom/MBA.
    • Desired: Green Belt, PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
