What you’ll do
- Prepare and process all transactional activities within existing and new HR processes ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service and prevent escalations
- Maintain and support delivery of service within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types.
- Ensure all systems and manual processing is complete, accurate and timely, meeting data integrity requirements and audits.
- SAP /SF knowledge - OM & PA module (optional)
- Should have good communication skills
Who you are
The incumbent is expected to ensure accurate employee data management in SAP for different operating companies. To process all transactional activities within existing and new HR processes ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service, adhere to the SLA, ensure the data quality, manage transactions effectively to prevent escalations. The incumbent is also expected proactive in ensuring the delivery of a customer focused service to client.
