About this Role

We are seeking an organised and service‑oriented individual to act as the first point of contact for employees raising HR queries through e‑mail, web chat, and the AskHR platform. The role involves providing accurate HR policy and process guidance, supporting timely query resolution, collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise, and maintaining high standards of employee experience and service quality.

What you will do

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to employee queries received via e‑mail, web chat, and online ticketing channels.
  • Ensure full adherence to Service Level Agreements for query handling and resolution.
  • Maintain high accuracy levels for all HR transactions to meet data integrity and audit requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR COE teams to stay informed about policy updates and process changes.

Who you are

  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and concisely.
  • You bring 1–5 years of experience in HR operations, service management, or similar environments.
  • You demonstrate sound judgement when resolving employee queries within defined guidelines and KPIs.
  • You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and maintain a professional and supportive approach in all interactions.
  • Qualification: Any graduate degree.
