About this Role
What you will do
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to employee queries received via e‑mail, web chat, and online ticketing channels.
- Ensure full adherence to Service Level Agreements for query handling and resolution.
- Maintain high accuracy levels for all HR transactions to meet data integrity and audit requirements.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR COE teams to stay informed about policy updates and process changes.
Who you are
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and concisely.
- You bring 1–5 years of experience in HR operations, service management, or similar environments.
- You demonstrate sound judgement when resolving employee queries within defined guidelines and KPIs.
- You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and maintain a professional and supportive approach in all interactions.
- Qualification: Any graduate degree.
