About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage accurate employee data in SAP and support HR transactional processes for multiple operating companies. This role ensures timely and precise execution of HR activities, adherence to SLAs, and delivery of a customer-focused service. Based in Pune, the position is ideal for graduates or freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in HR operations.

What you will do

  • Prepare and process HR transactions within existing and new processes, ensuring efficiency and preventing escalations.
  • Maintain service delivery within agreed SLAs for specific customer types.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and manual processes, meeting audit requirements.

Who you are

  • A graduate with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP or SuccessFactors (OM & PA modules) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of SAP end-user experience.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
