About this Role
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Technology and Networks team by enhancing executive finance reporting and business partnering. This role involves strategic and operational decision-making through data-driven insights, consolidation reporting across multiple locations, and coordination with various finance and operations teams. The individual will lead financial approvals, efficiency validation, and automation initiatives, while also managing pricing models and reconciliation processes.
What you’ll do
- Drive end-to-end month-end consolidation reporting and P&L management across multiple locations.
- Lead financial approvals including RGT, POs, and opex spend.
- Present P&L insights and opex movements to senior leadership during executive reviews.
- Validate and report efficiency metrics, ensuring robust processes with operations teams.
- Collaborate with Group Technology Finance, local finance controllers, and operations teams to uphold financial rigour.
- Support strategic initiatives such as automation projects (e.g., Anaplan) and financial documentation.
- Understand and manage pricing mechanics and reconciliation with billing and recharges.
- Maintain strong control over forecasts and actuals reporting.
- Build relationships to drive productivity improvements and effective business partnering.
Who you are
- A qualified CA or MBA from a reputed institute.
- 10–12 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, and business partnering.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with exposure to reporting tools like Power BI.
- Skilled in storytelling with numbers—both visual and verbal.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to foresee challenges in complex data analysis and maintain a methodical approach.
- High drive, rigour, and ability to influence and innovate.
