About this Role

We are seeking a financially skilled individual with an interest in cybersecurity to join our Cyber Defence Operations Enablement (CDOE) team. This global role supports the financial recovery and tracking of penetration testing services and other cyber defence activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing P*Q quoting, fund recovery, and reporting, while also contributing to process improvements and supporting cyber incident response when required.

What you will do

  • Monitor and report on financial quoting, consumption, and internal fund recovery.
  • Track financial burn-down rates across multiple services and entities.
  • Support Cyber Defence teams with financial tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements in financial recovery processes.
  • Coordinate penetration test activities during spare capacity periods.
  • Mentor team members on financial processes and best practices.
  • Provide support during cyber incidents as needed.

Who you are

  • Experienced in financial administration, including OPEX/CAPEX and inter-departmental transfers.
  • Comfortable discussing financial matters with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; advanced knowledge is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge with others.
  • Experience in cybersecurity is beneficial but not mandatory.
