About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to support business decision-making through robust financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis. This role involves partnering with business heads to deliver accurate forecasts, insightful reporting, and strategic financial inputs that drive value creation. The individual will be responsible for managing FinX data, interpreting cost structures, and ensuring alignment with Group Finance guidelines.

What you will do

  • Maintain and track approved cases in FinX, including HC BC/CRs and Role ID data.
  • Collaborate with Global Service Lines and Finance teams to interpret cost and recharge mechanisms.
  • Develop financial plans aligned with growth and efficiency targets.
  • Produce forecasts for traditional and commercial models to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyse customer recharges and cost elements, comparing budgets with actuals.
  • Provide decision support data to business heads and contribute to cost control initiatives.
  • Monitor OpEx spends, TechVI events, and team-building activities.
  • Conduct productivity and variance analysis to optimise finance KPIs.
  • Deliver timely financial and operational reporting to TechVI heads with actionable insights.
  • Support monthly performance reviews and management reporting.
  • Analyse FinX reports weekly and ensure accurate mapping of business cases to cost centres.
  • Scrutinise General Ledger entries for anomalies and support efficiency targets.
  • Respond to queries from Business Relationship Managers and customers regarding recharges.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports including risk exposure and scenario modelling.

Who you are

  • A graduate with 8+ years of experience in a large, multi-national organisation.
  • Proficient in Operational Finance (FinOps) controlling and financial analysis.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration abilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI reporting tools is a plus.
  • Competent in MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
