About this Role
What you’ll do
- Monitor quality and performance of daily scheduled jobs and ensure uninterrupted data availability.
- Execute manual job runs where required to maintain service continuity.
- Provide timely resolution for L2/L3 incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot ETL and ELT pipelines to identify and resolve data flow issues.
- Work with data warehousing tools and methodologies to support operational excellence.
- Support deployment and execution of data pipelines using cloud services.
Who you are
- Foundational understanding of GCP Cloud and its ecosystem.
- 4 to 5yrs hands-on experience with cloud services such as BigQuery, GCS, Compute instances, and Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in SQL and UNIX for data troubleshooting and analysis.
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and resolving data ingestion challenges.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, GitLab, CDAP, and Airflow.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with exposure to tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and BMC Remedy.
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing complex challenges.
