About this Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery professional to lead end-to-end programme delivery within the Automation technologies domain. This role operates within the VOIS IT Delivery and Transformation function, managing a portfolio of innovation-driven projects focused on process automation and artificial intelligence. The individual will play a key role in shaping delivery strategy, ensuring effective governance, and driving successful implementation across global VOIS locations, from early-stage design through to rollout and operational transition.

What you’ll do

  • Lead multi-functional, global project teams delivering innovation and automation initiatives
  • Manage Agile Scrum teams aligned to SAFe methodology principles
  • Ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Drive early-stage requirements definition, effort estimation, and support business case development
  • Oversee application delivery including integration, testing, data, infrastructure, deployment, and transition to operations
  • Own and manage the portfolio of automation-focused transformation projects
  • Act as a central programme governance point between VOIS IT and Transformation teams
  • Define and implement delivery strategies for automation initiatives across multiple business areas and geographies

Who you are

  • Demonstrated experience in system integration across applications, data, testing, infrastructure, deployment, and operations
  • Strong background in Agile delivery frameworks, particularly SAFe, with relevant certification
  • Proven capability to lead complex IT programmes in international, matrixed environments
  • Practical experience in process automation technologies (e.g., low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience delivering large-scale, complex projects within global environments (7+ years preferred)
