About this Role

We are seeking an experienced enterprise architect to define and govern enterprise-wide architecture for workflow automation, case management, decisioning, and financial business systems across VOIS. This role combines deep expertise in Pega architecture, business process management, enterprise integration, low-code platforms, intelligent automation, and finance transformation. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership for business-critical platforms, establish governance standards, and drive scalable, secure, reusable, and AI-enabled solutions that support Vodafone’s digital transformation objectives.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Finance, HR, Workflow, and Automation platforms.
• Define technology roadmaps, architecture standards, governance frameworks, and solution strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Act as the design authority for complex enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-functional integrations.
• Lead architecture and governance of enterprise-scale Pega and BPM solutions, including workflow orchestration, case management, business rules, and decisioning capabilities.
• Drive adoption of intelligent automation, AI, GenAI, and workflow technologies to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Business stakeholders to simplify, standardize, digitize, and automate critical business processes.
• Define and govern enterprise integration architecture across Pega, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Azure, and Data & Analytics platforms.
• Drive API-first, event-driven, and reusable integration patterns while ensuring enterprise data governance and system interoperability.
• Influence platform strategy, architecture decisions, technology investments, and transformation priorities through effective governance and leadership.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, and executive stakeholder discussions to ensure strategic alignment and solution quality.
• Strengthen enterprise capabilities across architecture, BPM, integrations, financial systems, automation, and emerging technologies.

Who you are

• Extensive experience in enterprise application delivery and architecture, with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification, Infinity 26 certification, and TOGAF certification.
• Proven expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow orchestration.
• Strong experience designing enterprise integrations and API-led architectures.
• Strong understanding of finance and shared services business processes.
• Experience leading complex global transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Telecom and finance domain experience.
• Experience integrating SAP Finance and SuccessFactors solutions.
• Knowledge of Workato, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Camunda, and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to shape architecture strategy, governance, and enterprise-scale transformation outcomes.
