About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams and deliver end-to-end digital transformation within Super FO, Super BO, or Super Quality domains. This role combines strategic product management with digital lean methodologies to drive operational excellence, value delivery, and continuous improvement across multiple markets. The individual will act as the single point of accountability for product success, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology capabilities, and customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop teams of Product Owners and Digital Lean professionals to deliver transformation roadmaps.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including value identification, business case development, benefit realisation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Own prioritisation of product backlog and ensure delivery cadence aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IO, Local Markets, Operations, IT, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive solution deployment and adoption across markets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  • Lead governance, risk management, and performance sustainability, including benefit case analysis and dependency validation.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and digital strategy delivery, leveraging data-driven insights for operational transformation.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation and product management in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies, with experience managing projects for customer operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • 10+ years supporting business and technology transformations, and 5+ years in process/solution development or product management.
  • Knowledge of functional and solution architecture, and experience with technologies such as AI and ML.
  • Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, Prince2, Lean BB, SAFe Agilist, SAFe LPM, Blackbelt, Greenbelt are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Desired: Telecom industry experience, financial literacy, familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean tools, and global rollout experience.
