What you’ll do

Role purpose: 
Ready to take up the challenge & be in the mindset of driving Digital Transformation for the dynamic & rapidly changing world of Customer CARE (3000+ FTEs). The Product Management lead role allow you to create the future for CARE by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to transform the customer experience, drive productivity & cost enhancements and transform the employee experience.  The role spanning across markets for CARE involves the following: 

Who you are

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•    Lead the team of Product Owners
•    Build scalable products across markets; Design & implement product roadmaps.
•    Own the Product Development Lifecycle from value identification, quantification, and Business Case to value Delivery & benefit realisation. 
•    Build implementation road map of digital stack based on digital capabilities.
•    Drive solution deployment from CARE to other verticals and assess digital solutions from other verticals as best fit for CARE. 
•    E2E responsible for driving digital efficiencies target across Care.
•    Liaoning with several teams including IO, Local markets, CARE Operations, CARE Planning, IT, Finance & HR teams.
•    Periodically review with Senior leadership of CARE, IO & Local Markets
•    Align product objectives with process KPIs. 
•    Timely reporting for periodic review meetings 

 

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
•    Proven experience in driving transformation successfully in an immature environment
•    Comfortable leading a team through a high degree of ambiguity.
•    Process & Design thinker with an eye for detail - bright/ intellectually curious and assertive
•    Cross-cultural awareness & sensitivity
•    Agile Mindset
•    Solution Architecture knowledgeable ownership
•    10+ years supporting business and technology transformations.
•    5+ years of process- / solution development, product management
•    Functional Architecture and Solution knowledge
•    Agile/Lean Process management
•    Digital Transformation for technologies like AI, ML etc.


Must have technical /professional qualifications: 
•    Various Functional Specialist Certifications, e.g. CSPO, CSM, Prince 2, lean BB etc. 
•    SAFe Agilist and SAFe LPM Certification
