About this Role

We are seeking an experienced delivery professional to lead complex, global SAP transformation initiatives within VOIS. This role focuses on driving cross-market ERP change, integration, and adoption by managing multi-stream programmes, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. The role partners closely with system integrators, global and local stakeholders, and senior leadership to enable effective business transformation and sustainable outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP ERP transformation programmes across multiple markets and releases.
  • Establish and govern programme delivery frameworks, decision-making forums, and reporting mechanisms to enable timely and effective stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure delivery against scope, cost, schedule, contractual obligations, and agreed exit criteria using robust planning, tracking, change control, and risk management practices.
  • Partner daily with system integrators, VOIS Group teams, and local market stakeholders including Finance Operations, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, and IT central functions.
  • Review, challenge, and assure system integrator and vendor delivery plans, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions early.
  • Actively manage programme risks, issues, and escalations, providing transparent progress reporting across the full programme scope.
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders (D and E band) across global and local organisations to support delivery, adoption, and change outcomes.
  • Support the development of business cases and new initiatives, ensuring engagement with local market leadership, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Line manage direct reports and provide matrix leadership to Vodafone project professionals and system integrator leads.

Who you are

  • An experienced SAP transformation professional with a strong background in delivering complex, global ERP implementations, ideally including shared service centre integration.
  • Confident in influencing and collaborating with senior business leaders and external partners with diverse and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Highly experienced in Vodafone’s EVO delivery model and large-scale transformation environments.
  • Proven in delivering at least two complex, multi-cultural, cross-border project implementations.
  • Skilled in programme scoping, gap analysis, phased planning, release management, and financial management across CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Experienced in managing mixed teams of internal colleagues, contractors, and system integrator resources.
  • Comfortable driving organisational change and supporting stakeholders through process and system transitions.
  • Familiar with SAP ERP reporting, analytics architectures, and IT delivery frameworks.
  • Holds recognised project management qualifications; SAFe certification is desirable.
  • A clear, inclusive, and effective communicator.
