Description

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 
•    Manage the end-to-end operations for continuous control monitoring in SAP GRC Process controls
•    Design and build automated business rules  (ABAP reports as required) in SAP Process Control for continuous monitoring across all SAP landscape and different value chains
•    Define and drive the future state roadmap of exception monitoring with focus on adding new CCM rules and descoping the redundant rules
•    Discuss, align, and obtain sign-off on the proposed modifications from the relevant stakeholders
•    Prepare design/user training documents and update the existing documents (if required)
•    Prepare Governance Document for Run and Maintaining GRC Process controls
•    Build Data Sources, Business Rules and workflows for CCMs in GRC PC 
•    Design key KPIs for CCM Monitoring Dashboard 
•    Providing regular updates to senior leadership on the progress and issues using different reporting tools
•    Providing support to domain and control owners

Job Responsibility

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
•    Deep knowledge and proven experience in implementing and/or operating SAP GRC Process Control (Knowledge of Sox compliance will be an added advantage)
•    Expertise in SAP GRC modules including setting up of Automated Controls Monitoring for key financial and IT General controls 
•    Senior stakeholder management skills and impactful communication
•    The ability to challenge risks within complex business requirements and translate best industry processes and control environment
•    The ability to handle unforeseen challenges

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    IT professional/Chartered Accountant or other recognised professional finance/auditing qualification
•    6+ Years of Post Qualification experience in SAP GRC PC / Continuous Controls monitoring

Desired:
•    Telecom experience 
•    Experience in ITACs and SOX audits
•    Working knowledge - SAP GRC 12.0, and other CCM tools
