What you’ll do

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with approximately 15 years of professional experience to join our team as a Junior F Band. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial processes, compliance standards, and strategic financial planning. This role requires strong collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with various business units and finance centers.

Who you are

Key Responsibilities
•    Ensure collaboration with business units and coordination with the Managed Finance Center (MFC) and LCS to address process health issues and implement corrective actions.
•    Establish and maintain comprehensive frameworks for various financial processes, including chart of accounts, month-end closing, HFM consolidation, and cash flow analysis.
•    Enforce adherence to accounting standards, compliances, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational level agreements (OLAs).
•    Provide oversight and guidance to ensure timely and accurate financial data, monitor KPI data, balance sheet issues, open QA observations, and track progress of R2R initiatives.
•    Develop and provide guidelines and training for departments on financial frameworks and processes.
•    Establish frameworks for continuous monitoring and managing financial incidents and issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
•    Provide regular updates to stakeholders on financial data, issue resolution status, certification processes, and central R2R initiative progress.
•    Monitor and analyze financial processes, provide insights for improvement, and develop strategies to resolve aged balances and improve process efficiency.

 

Required Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.

 

Experience
• Approximately 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proven track record of managing financial processes and implementing strategic frameworks.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and finance centers.

 

Skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
