About this Role

The Global Product Manager – Fixed Connectivity will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more products within the Fixed Connectivity portfolio at VOIS. This includes SDN-based solutions such as SD-WAN and SASE, as well as Global Connectivity and Carrier products. The individual will act as a strategic owner of their product(s), ensuring alignment with Vodafone Local Markets, commercial goals, and customer needs. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation for businesses through secure, agile, and integrated connectivity solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Define and drive a 3-year product strategy aligned with global business priorities.
  • Own product commercials, P&L, and revenue growth roadmap.
  • Translate customer needs into product features and optimise existing offerings.
  • Ensure total product design including quality, safety, regulatory, and sustainability aspects.
  • Develop and execute global product roadmaps in collaboration with local markets.
  • Enhance product models for automation and improved customer experience.
  • Oversee agile product development and ensure timely delivery with quality.
  • Act as the product’s ambassador across marketing, commercial, and sales teams.
  • Identify and collaborate with partners for new product creation.
  • Manage product costing, reference pricing, and differentiation strategies.
  • Lead in-life and end-of-life product activities to optimise performance.

Who you are

  • A graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Over 5 years of experience in enterprise or carrier connectivity product management.
  • Deep understanding of Fixed Connectivity technologies and customer needs across global markets.
  • Proven ability to manage global P&L and define customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) outcomes.
  • Skilled in leading virtual teams and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experienced in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and agile delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to resolve conflicting market requirements.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.

What skills you need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise or carrier connectivity product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong understanding of Fixed Connectivity technologies and customer segments.
  • Ability to define customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) visions.
  • Proven experience in product lifecycle management and roadmap execution.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and virtual team leadership.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in managing global product P&L.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
