About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with over 4 years of expertise in Hyperion technical support and administration. The role involves managing installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of EPM systems in distributed environments. The individual will also handle patching, infrastructure administration, and scripting tasks across Windows and Linux platforms, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

Perform Hyperion installation and configuration in distributed environments.Troubleshoot EPM-related issues and ensure timely resolution.Execute EPM performance tuning and patching activities.Manage EPM infrastructure administration tasks.Provide Level 2 support, including incident management, change management, and PBI handling.Work on Windows and Linux environments, including Exalytics systems.Develop and maintain scripts using Linux shell, Windows scripting, PowerShell, and batch schedulers.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate team activities.Ensure flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during critical business requirements.

Who you are

Minimum 4 years of experience in Hyperion technical support and administration.Strong knowledge of Hyperion installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Familiarity with EPM patching and infrastructure administration.Working knowledge of Windows administration and Linux environments.Experience with scripting (Linux, Windows, PowerShell) and batch scheduling.Exposure to Exalytics environment is an advantage.Excellent communication and team coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours when required.
