About this Role

We are seeking an SAP IBP Product Manager to oversee solution design, delivery, and continuous improvement for Supply Chain Management planning processes. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert across SAP IBP functionalities, validate designs proposed by system integrators, and engage with architecture, engineering, operations, and business teams. The role includes driving release management, ensuring solution robustness, resolving incidents, and guiding stakeholders on product capabilities and enhancements.

What you’ll do

Maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to enable effective design and delivery of the SAP IBP roadmap.Manage end‑to‑end demand and project lifecycles, from requirements definition through transition to business‑as‑usual operations.Provide subject matter expertise to implementation partners, process owners, architecture teams, and shared services groups to ensure solution alignment and value delivery.Lead and support activities related to workshops, design, testing (including scenario creation and execution), training content, deployment, data cleansing, mapping, and migration.Own and drive SAP IBP as a product, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with governance and security requirements.Support major planning processes from an IT perspective, including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.Drive decision‑making for new implementations, enhancements, maintenance, and operational issue resolution.Guide system integrators (internal and external) in designing robust and scalable solutions.Conduct product health checks and coordinate functional and technical upgrades as part of quarterly SAP IBP releases.Coordinate with OSF stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery for projects and release cycles.

Who you are

An experienced professional with strong technical and functional exposure to SAP IBP within Supply Chain Management.Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, and system integrators.Equipped with the ability to analyse, validate, and challenge functional and technical solution designs.Adept at managing incidents, problem resolution, and change implementation while ensuring continuous operational stability.Capable of driving workshops, design discussions, testing cycles, and stakeholder engagements in a structured and inclusive manner.Comfortable working across end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and BAU stabilisation.
