About this Role
We are seeking a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of Mediation Zone applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production environment and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about telecom mediation systems and are looking to contribute to high-impact projects in a collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications using Digital Route’s platform.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth operation of Mediation Zone in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain system stability.
Who you are
- A professional with 5+ years of experience in IT, specifically in Mediation Zone application development and maintenance.
- Proficient in working with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production setting.
- Experienced in end-to-end SDLC processes.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies is a plus.
