What you’ll do

The Reward Specialist focuses upon the delivery of operational reward support, in line with business strategy, within the Reward function. With a good understanding of established concepts and procedures, they provide guidance and support to the business, on all, or relevant reward programme/s (for example, Annual Reward Review, International Mobility, Benefits, etc.). And works with HR colleagues to execute reward policies across the local market. Typically reports to the Senior Reward Manager, or the Head of Reward.

Who you are

  • Collect and analyze data on salaries, benefits, and other reward-related information.
  • Develop reports and presentations on reward-related topics. Activities may include Annual Reward Review cycle, International Mobility administration, Benefits administration, Ad-hoc reward activities and projects, Recognition, Maintenance of data and reporting dashboards
  • Monthly Rewards and reporting operations based on SLAs
  • Project manage delivery of reward, benefit and OE projects
  • Develop communications approach to support reward and benefits
  • Completion of benchmark submissions
  • Data quality assessment of key data e.g. Job architecture
  • Tracking policy exceptions
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, to include pay frameworks and short and long term (bonus and share) incentives and risk benefits (pension, life and health insurance)
  • Understanding that the quality and timeliness of the work you produce will reflect on the effectiveness of the team.
  • Strong Project Management Experience.
  • Provide proactive reward support to Reward team and acts as a point of contact for HRBP
  • Delivers key reward projects in time, budget and accuracy.
  • Builds strong relationships with own team
